Untimely death of a friend.

The Saturday before Christmas a friend of mine of about 8 or 9 years died, he was only 63  :'(. He was known mostly by his nickname of Wazza, even by his family, though was Warren Pasmore officially. I met him through a Land Rover club and off roading and other social events and was the nicest guy you would want to meet. I never saw him annoyed; he was always in the best of spirits whenever you saw him. Nothing seemed to phase him.

I mention it, because I've put a picture of him in my gallery some while ago and a cropped head shot was used in the Funeral announcement and a framed copy with his coffin, which I have to say did make me quite emotional.

This is the shot, some of you may remember it from when it was first put up.

At his funeral we found out that he was a member of the British Bobsleigh team.

Be will be sorely missed.

Nice shot to remember him by.  Always sad to lose someone but nowadays 63 is no age at all  :'(.

So sorry to hear this, and yes, lovey photo of him. Sounds like a great guy.
May the Force be with you.

So sorry to hear about the loss of a good friend.  :(

As we get older this happens a lot more often, I'm afraid.  :'(
