After months of frustration in achieving decent sharp shots hand held owing to my Parkinson's, I came to the conclusion that perhaps finding a camera more suited to 'how well balanced it sits in the hands' and the time lapse / speed to lock in a decent AF (as my whole body now often tends to sway) hopefully I have found the right camera to keep me happy for a while.

First impressions of the Sony RX10iv (chosen over the RX10iii for physical extra length of lens barrel and a far faster AF speed in 0.03sec)

I can't wait to start exploring!

And hopefully I will be able get my mojo back.

Cheers Chris, I have lots to learn & absorb upon all the controls & settings; It may take me a while before seeing a few decent shots materialising.

The other WMMFG aspect   :)  I purchased it at 500 Euro below the RRP list price with an additional 2nd battery & 64GB card thrown in.   ;D

Purchased online from Fantasy Digital via CDiscount Howard.

I have to say I am rather impressed with the ergonomic design and layout of the controls so far  " It feels good so good"  :2funny: I am going to explore the Clear Zoom option today 600mm x 2  ;) and with a bit of luck I'll upload a shot or two.

So much so that I feel that there is little point in hanging on to my now idle Fuji XT1 & lenses .
