Not silly at all, I'm learning as I go to m8.  :D 

Click the thumbnail of the image you wish to move, this will open up the intermediate sized pic.  Below that you'll see three options, click the "edit file information" one.   You should see a dropdown box relating to the album it's in.  Select your album from the dropdown box.  And apply at the bottom. ;)
