Any tool! That could end up with a very rude entry!  :o

Jediboy

I hadn't thought of it like that......!
May the Force be with you.

Unfortunately I am not going to be able to do the poll on Tuesday. Could someone kindly take up the task on my behalf?

Thanks for the offer Paul, but I'll be here on Tuesday now - Flybe have gone bust, so I'm not going to be seeing my daughter at uni next week  :'(

Oh dear! That`s a shame for you  :(

Well it could be worse. We have had to book her Easter hols flight home with Easyjet instead. That involves two 2 hour car journeys at either end, rather than 10 minutes to the airport near the uni and 15 minutes from our regional airport here. Such is life, and the added environmental impact. Trains are a compete non starter as an alternative - 7 or 8 train changes, 4 station changes and 2 hauls through metros, cost enough to buy a small house and takes about 15 hours including waiting time.

Yes I just hope the economic downturn we`ll have with Brexit and coronavirus doesn`t wreck other airlines. We`ve all got used to cheap fares and easy access

Any Brexit downturn that may have happened (I'm not sure there would have been), would have been nothing compared to the effect of the virus - unless it all gets sorted fairly swiftly.

I was talking in the future - theBrexit downturn is yet to happen and I think the impact will be greater than  the shorter lived effects of the virus if Boris ends up doing a "no deal" for his mates gambling on a downturn in the Uk economy
