What made you feel good today

One of my sons passed his driving test theory exam and he scored the highest in the class - I know ultimately it will cost me money but he was so happy when he told me on the phone

My eldest passed his theory on saturday morning, took him to the centre and asked if i could sit in the waiting area & read my paper - "NO it might be needed for candidates" so i waited downstairs & 3 people passed me, how annoying when there were about 20 chairs in the room.
Looking forward to his car, get back to messing with old bangers, old sound system in the loft to fit. Will probably have to wait until he's been to uni and earning though.

Last night an excellent talk by a Landscape photographer called Paul Foley (sure Abers will know of him) he runs workshops Spirit and Vision as well, some absolutely fantastic images on display last night and all on these funny little plastic things that are apparently called "Slides"  (remember them from circa 1974 I think)
Seriously it was an absolutely fantastic talk last night and if Paul is coming to a camera club near you then I urge you to join just to see his work and listen to him (Sorry Spin don't think he gets to Canadia but he does get to the USA apparently.)

Spoke to my accountant today who said I didn't owe the tax man any money. In fact I'm getting a two grand rebate. Funny old world
