Do you own a lightbox? have you made one yourself? What materials, lining and lighting do you use?

Graham

Still got one, it's in the attic, I drag it out if I have to copy some negatives.

In a word no. If I want that kind of effect I use a piece of white acrylic and fire a flashgun through it.

If you have a flat bed scanner then, you can use that as a light box.

No not got one and not got a scanner anymore since I got my windows 7 pc and the scanner wouldn`t work with it. Don`t miss it really as I take pictures of things now instead. Next printer I get I`ll get a combo unit though I think and use scanner as ob says if I needed it. Two things I want  - white perspex a la H and shiney black large tile a la Michael

I was going to make a lightbox, then I found someone at work selling one for $10.  I plan to cannibalize the old one for the light fixture for the one I am to build as I was going much larger.
