You'll probably have to take a refund under the SOGA.

You could seek 'specific performance' for which you'll need a solicitor. This is a remedy that requires the other party to do what they agreed to do - in your case provide a Nikon fit bigma. If they can't they are liable for damages. In all honesty, although this is technically a solution available to you, in practice it is not likely to get very far in the face of a full refund offer.

Wish you all the best with it.

Hewwo from Cold Sheffy,
An update on the above fun and games,,,,,ive now had Js phone me at home twice ,to inform me that i HAVE to accept the refund,
however, various people(BFP included) are of a different opinion, seemingly,Js should have provided a replacement when i 1st took the lens back in for repair,
So,i,m now well beyond accepting a repair, replacement or equivalent lens,my feeling is this issue will go to court,
Js have had more than enough time and opportunity, and have not moved one inch.
The BFP(of which i am a member support my view--PLEASE JOIN THIS ORGANISATION),
So Js may now have some explaining, their "we cant replace because its been discontinued" is laughable,i contacted Sigma, who are surprised to learn that its discontinued !!!
I will post again when anything happens, its not for me to put people off using Js,but, please be cautios.

Hewwo from Chilly Sheffy,,,

Had enough, threw the towel in,,,,could have dragged it on and on,suppose i just got fed up,
got my money back and bought the 120-400mm with which i,m very pleased,
as for Js,be a long time before they get any of my money.

glad you have 'a resolution' to this issue - even if it s not the desired one.

I'm glad you are happy with the new lens. In honesty it was always going to be a probably unsuccessful uphill struggle to do more than get your money back.

Look forward to seeing some pictures from the new lens.

Does your Bigma say DG anywhere near the model name on the side? Mine is the original 50-500 and does not have an AF/M switch at all. I am on a Nikon mount. The new 150-500 (much cheaper) has both AF/M switch and image stabiliser....
