Congratulations to Oldboy aka Seumas, for winning Image of the week.

The image "Great_Western_Arcade" was chosen by last weeks winner, Alfonso_Frisk.  Great image OB, and a worthy winner.

On choosing this weeks image, Alf said,

"Love the lighting, the composition and colours in this one"

You can view and leave comments (please leave comments in this thread )  on Oldboy's image here, http://cameracraniums.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=11375

OB, it's fine, congrats on the double win.

Remember, general rules for IOTW are. (and there's nothing in writing).

1: it shouldn't have been chosen previously for IOTW.
2: Can't be included if in a current comp, ie one that's running at the time.

That's about it really.

Thanks Mick, but because it's in the Weekly Competition Album comments can't be added.

Corker OB  Congratulations on a classic. :)

The subtle aspect is really knockout with the distant figures almost exiting the scene - so  8) -  just big and bold architecture and no Funky Accessories  :2funny:

Oh . And thanks for looking in

Mick

Don't forget OB, it's your turn to choose the next IOTW.

I think after this one I'll introduce a couple of rules Re: IOTW.  I feel you've been let down comments wise as the image was in the weekly comp gallery, which comments are disabled.

So, I guess we should state,

1: You can't choose a image which has been IOTW before.
2: Please don't choose a image which is part of the weekly comp.
3: Where possible, (but not set in stone), please try to choose a image uploaded in the last couple of weeks.  That will ensure the member is active enough to come back and choose the next one.

I actually liked the fact that it was a comp entry chosen as IOTW as it keeps the bar high! -  Surely images can always be put in IOTW gallery immediately they are nominated, which would allow comments ?  :-\  ?
