That's an interesting concept. Who sets themselves up as the arbiter of what's good and what's not so good? 

I have to agree with the above comment. As a happy snapper I will never make a "Photographer", I am technically hopeless. However once in a blue moon I take a photograph that please's me and that's all I ask. I took this one yesterday with my bridge camera. I know that it's not brilliant, but this was the first time that I have ever been able to photograph woodpeckers, and this little rascal poked his head out of his/her nest for about 10 seconds, just long enough for me to capture it. It won't win me any prize's, but it made my day.

Blimey that place goes worse, I have just been on as Don had posted on that thread, replied to it and now I see it said that it wont go on till its been checked by a moderator.

I missed this.  I went into the moderator control panel and approved posts waiting.  No idea why it does it sometimes.

Can you use an alternative email address, so you don't expose your 'proper' address to them? (Facebook.)
