Question for Mac people. Why would I not be able to upload a file from my Mac to the site. I know it's not the site as there are several uploads from others after my first attempt. I even tried to upload the file from win7 networked to the Mac. I just tested the Win7 upload from another networked windows machine and it worked fine. The common denominator appears to be the Mac as the problem.

Dunno,  ???

Might be a Flash problem.  Have you checked to see if the single file upload method works? That doesn't use flash.

Click upload file as you normally do.  Then look to the right hand side you should see a dropdown allowing you to choose your upload method.

  • Multiple files - Flash-driven (recommended)
  • Simple - One file at a time

As for the actual problem, hopefully one of the many Mac users will come up with a answer for you.  ;)

don't know why you should have a problem -i found my use of the Mac no different from a Windows machine in that respect.

I've used Firefox since i got the Mac so can't comment on Safari...

Oh, I figured it out, it's not a Mac issue, it's a Spinner issue :-[, I was saving the photos in a reduced data size, but forgetting to resize the actual dimensions. Had an action on my PC that did that automatically. Have to remember to rewrite it duh.
