Title: Another new camera and a couple of lenses
Post by: StephenBatey on June 10, 2021, 08:28:01 PM
Like my last post in this section, "compact" is relative. The camera is compact when folded, but possibly a 10x8 camera with 36" bellows is not what most people would consider massively compact.

It's a wooden Canham, with a good set of movements. And weighs 9.4 lbs according to the spec.

The lenses are a 420mm Red Dot Artar (they really do have a red dot in the name  :)) and a 210mm G Claron. Both should cover 10x8, but the G Claron only if stopped down. The standard focal length for 10x8 is 300mm to 350mm, for reference.
