Really love the feel to this shot (All but the tight framing lefthand side: As it would perhaps improve the composition's balance, to see more open space between the left foot and the edge of frame; and the cropped off corner of bench seat would then be in view to comfortly return the eye) That said, its a striking shot, and as Harry asked me to choose this weeks IOTW........

Nice try at showing a statue at a different angle but like Andy I find the crop a little too tight. Angle maybe a little too steep for me too - those uprights in the window at back would have looked good going to the corner maybe. But as I said showing it differenetly

No technical comments from me. For me, the figure is the focal point, not the bench. Spot on. A worthy IOTW. (If it had been your competition entry, it would have got my vote.)

Just been back into PSE to re-edit and remembered why I had cropped it tightly - there was an unwanted object in the top left corner that needed cropping out!
